The role involves caring for a pediatric and adult population in home settings, with shifts that may include 12-hour days. Training is provided for complex care needs and medical equipment.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an RN or LPN
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current TB test or chest X-ray negative
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Perform duties outlined in patient’s plan of care
• Geriatric and rehab care as needed
• Ventilator and tracheotomy care (training provided)
• Dispense medications and monitor client condition
• Document observations and report changes to Clinical team
