Job summary

Centria Healthcare in Michigan is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, individualized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan.
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required).
• Trach/vent experience is a plus (training provided).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care).
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Communicate with families and care teams.
• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
