Qualifications
- Must be Vaccinated.
- Active, unencumbered RN and NP license in the state of practice.
- National board certification in adult, family or geriatric specialties (NP's).
- Has an active DEA license.
- Current BLS for medical provider.
- Must have valid state driver license and automobile insurance.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge working in an Electronic Medical Records system.
- 2+ years' experience in care of adult, chronically ill patients preferred.
- Must be willing to travel in a 50-mile radius from primary residence.
