Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring clinicians to administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. You will educate patients and families and teammates, and perform services according to the physician’s orders and the established plan of care.

Applicants must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education, licensed in the practicing state, have at least one year of licensed professional experience, and CPR certification; a valid driver license and

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities
