Job summary

Must hold a state license, have at least one year of experience as a licensed professional, and possess CPR certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for home visits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities
