You start your day by connecting with your care team. Your client, though non-verbal, greets you warmly and enjoys activities like meals, baths, outdoor time, or reading. You manage medications, perform routine care, document electronically, and coordinate with team members. Responsibilities of LPNs

• Following care plans and clinical guidance
• Adhering to all policies and procedures

Requirements for LPNs

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person)
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent care
