Trusted Ally Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in patients’ homes in the Denver, CO area. You will develop personalized care plans, coordinate with families and healthcare teams, and support healthy mobility and wellness.

Intermittent 2–4 hour shifts plus 12-hour day and night shifts are available. The role requires an active Colorado RN license, a BSN/ADN, and prior home health or hospice experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
• Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time in home health setting
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that promote health, mobility, and overall wellness. We are hiring nurses for intermittent shifts (2-4 hours) as well as 12 hour day and night shifts.

Education And Experience Qualifications

Compensation

• $45.00- $50.00 an hour RN
