Qualifications

• BSN preferred or ADN.
• Must hold a valid RN license in NM.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in home health setting.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.

We have a patient living in Espanola, NM needing skilled nursing homecare. We have multiple full-time, 12 hour day and night shifts available. Day shifts are from 7 am - 7 pm and Night shifts are from 7 pm - 7 am.
