Trusted Ally Home Care in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes, creating personalized care plans that promote health and wellness.

Applicants must hold an RN license in New Mexico; BSN or ADN preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $48.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in NM (state licensure) required.
• Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support.
