Giving Home Health Care in Espanola, NM seeks a compassionate RN or LPN for in-home patient care on a 1099 contract. Expect 18 hours per month, with visits on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting at 6pm. You will follow physician plans, document care, and collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Espanola, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
Schedule: 18 hours a month. The patient prefers visits to be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting at 6pm.
You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
