Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the CSWE.
• Two years of social work experience in health care setting.
• State licensed social worker in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial needs and connect patients with community resources.
• Support care planning and advocate for goals promoting dignity, stability and independence.
