Job summary

All Seniors Foundation is seeking a Medical Biller and Coder (Home Health) to ensure accurate coding and timely reimbursements. You will review records, assign ICD/CPT codes, and submit claims for home health services.

Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff, you will verify insurance coverage, manage denials, and stay current with payer guidelines and HIPAA compliance, all in a full-time role based in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Certification in medical billing/coding (CPC) preferred.
• Familiarity with home health billing regulations and insurance processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in EHR and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records and assign ICD and CPT codes.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims for home health services.
• Verify patient insurance coverage, handle claim denials, and resubmit appeals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer guidelines and billing regulations.
