Job summary

Amcare Pro Home Health, Palliative Care & Hospice is seeking a results-driven Home Health Marketer / Sales Liaison to grow referral networks in the Fort Worth/Terrell market and surrounding communities. This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs and community partners.

You will conduct daily field visits, track activities in CRM, and collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home health or healthcare marketing/sales (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Medicare and home health guidelines and referral processes.
• Established relationships in Forney/Terrell area (highly preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified home health admissions (Medicare/Episodic and Non-Episodic).

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Home Health Marketer / Sales Liaison to expand our presence in the Fort Worth/Terrell market and surrounding communities.

Position Summary

The Sales Liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners.
