Job summary

<p>Deercreekseniorliving is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care across Scottsdale and East Phoenix. In this role, you’ll deliver direct care, implement care plans, and monitor patient conditions while contributing to a supportive team culture.</p><p>Ideal candidates will have an LPN certification in Arizona, with 3 years nursing experience preferred. Qualifications

  • Must be a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Arizona.
  • 3 years of nursing experience preferred (Home Health or MedSurg a plus).
  • Current CPR certification.

  • Implement care plans developed by the RN and document progress accurately.

Requirements

  • Valid AZ driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
