You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and ensure high-quality, compliant care. A valid RN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of home health experience are required. Reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state of practice.
• At least one year of licensed nursing experience.
