Job summary

BrightStar Care of Acton, Andover and Lowell is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our home health care team. The role focuses on providing high-quality patient care in a home setting with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement.

Qualified candidates hold a MA LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Experience in home health care is preferred, and we emphasize empathetic, detail-oriented care.

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Massachusetts (MA).
CPR certification required and TB skin test or chest X-ray negative.
Valid driver’s license with automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
Perform routine nursing care as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Monitor patient health and document vital signs and progress.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatment.
Implement care plans and ensure timely documentation.
Complete assessments with OSHA compliance.
