All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct and indirect care to clients in their home environments in Georgia, including health maintenance and disease prevention. You will direct caregivers under clinical direction from a Registered Nurse and perform administrative duties as allowed by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Current and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
• CPR professional certification.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel.
• Capable of working independently with highly confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Document nursing actions and inform physicians and family as appropriate.
• Administer and monitor medications as prescribed.
• Conduct nursing assessment visits as needed.
• Follow policies and procedures per operation, state and regulatory standards.
• Perform supervisory visits and caregiver competency reviews as required.
• Provide nursing support in home settings and coordinate with Nurse Supervisor.
