AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time day shift at our Leesburg-area location. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and educate patients under RN supervision. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork within a supportive health system.

The position requires LPN certification, valid license, and good communication skills; weekend on-call and on-site duties are included as part of the schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient education, medication administration, wound care, and ostomy care under RN guidance.
• Delivers direct patient care and participates in weekend/after-hours coverage as needed.
• Reports observations to physician and RN; updates care plans accordingly.
• Maintains accurate clinical records within established standards.
• Administers treatments and follows orders; participates in emergencies and triage.
• Collaborates with home health team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
