Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of basic nursing procedures under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Prepares and administers medications per policy; observe responses.
• Identifies patient problems through monitoring.
• Contributes to the plan of care with the registered nurse.
• Demonstrates sensitivity to patient comfort and privacy.
• Ensures physical and emotional comfort and a safe home environment.
