Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Michigan RN license.
• Minimum 1–2 years of med/surg or critical care experience.
• A valid Michigan driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and provides medically prescribed skilled nursing care and health counseling.
• Makes initial patient visits to assess needs, status, and resources.
• Prepares the care plan and teaches patients according to physician orders.
