Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in Washington.
• Valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days.

• Document patient visits thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
