Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health LPN for a travel opportunity in St. Joseph, MI. You will provide skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and may accompany patients to appointments when indicated.

Minimum requirements include an LPN license in the practicing state, CPR if applicable, and at least one year of nursing experience (home health preferred). The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state
• One year nursing experience, home care preferred
• Complies with professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable

• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN/LVN(Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse) – Home Health provides skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home and accompanies them when indicated for appointments, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice

• One year prior professional nursing experience, home care experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
