Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice in Marysville, PA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a Home Health position delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Travel within assigned territory; a $10,000 first year success bonus is offered.

You will perform patient assessments, medication management, wound care, education for patients and caregivers, and maintain EMR documentation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state you work.
• Two years of LPN experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
