Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide skilled home health care in Everett, WA. You will build meaningful relationships with patients, assess needs, administer treatments, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective care.

You will educate families, document visits, and help patients stay independent and comfortable in their own homes, while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Requires Active Washington LPN License
• BLS Certification required
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred but not required
