Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a skilled LPN to provide weekend home visits, promoting healing, independence, and overall well-being for a variety of clients who deserve the very best care.

You will work with a supportive team and RN oversight, with opportunities for career growth, flexible schedules, weekly pay, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license for WA State.
• CPR certification and Clear TB Risk Assessment.
• At least 1 year of home health experience.
• Wound care experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care based on each client's Plan of Care.
• Monitor and document client progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
