Jobot seeks a licensed Nursing Assistant to join our hospice team in Southern New Hampshire. The LNA will assist patients with daily living activities, personal care, and comfort measures within a home care setting, working closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary hospice team to provide dignified end-of-life care.

Salary: $20 - $24 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and families in a community hospice house setting. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, comfort measures, mobility, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. This role works closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure patients receive dignified, individualized end-of-life care.
Fulfilling work and strong work / life balance while partnering with a great team to provide end of life care to our residents.
Preferred: experience in home care and/or caring for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, COPD, cancer, or post-surgical needs; ability to perform PT/INR checks.
