OhioHealth at Home, in partnership with Compassus, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the care team. You will provide hands-on patient care, support medication management, wound care, and health monitoring, while leveraging AI-supported tools to complete clear notes during visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients.
• Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
• Preferred within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
