Concierge Home Care in Tampa, FL is seeking a Home Health LPN for a flexible, full-time role offering 1:1 patient care in the home. Earn $33–$37 per hour with autonomy to manage your own daily schedule and a range of shift options.

The position includes AI-assisted documentation, WellSky/Kinnser EMR, and a supportive team to help you provide exceptional patient care. Coverage is in Tampa/Hillsborough County with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and benefits like health insurance after 30 days

Competenze

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required.

Your Role as a Home Health LPN

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
