• Mileage Reimbursement: Receive compensation for travel between patients' homes. Our mileage reimbursement policy ensures that you are fairly compensated for fuel, vehicle maintenance, and other travel-related costs.
• 401K Savings Plan: You will be eligible to participate in our 401K savings program if you are at least 21 years of age and have completed 1000 hours of service with the company. Entrance periods are at the start of the quarter following your completion of 1000 hours of services, or any quarter thereafter. Contact the Human Resources Department for more information.
• Dependent Care Assistance Plan: Tax deferral on dependent day care, pre-school, and care provided inside/outside your home (individual may not be a child of yours under the age of 19, or anyone you claim as a dependent). Proudly serving 19 counties in Indiana, we are a preferred provider for the BHI, Inc. Communities in Carmel, Indianapolis, and Zionsville. We offer skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to patients in the comfort of their homes. Additionally, we provide private duty services in the home through our Personal Assistant Program, which is billed at a private pay hourly rate. We are a Medicare participating provider as well as a Medicaid participating provider, accepting Home and Community-Based Service Waivers and PA.

1. Assumes responsibility and accountability for the practice of professional nursing in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and standards for home health nursing.
2. Consistently demonstrates competency with technical nursing skills according to personal and legal scope of practice.

4. Communicates effectively and in accordance with Agency requirements.
5. Initiates actions to improve the quality of patient care. Takes appropriate actions independently and responsively in home care situations.

Requirements

• Valid LPN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• One year of experience in home health setting is required.
