Salary: $33 - $37 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in McMurray, Canonsburg, Jefferson Hills, Washington, Venetia, Burgettstown, Monongahela, etc., is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One-year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
