The role is full-time, weekdays, day shift, with responsibilities to maintain CRM records and participate in community events to raise awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1 year of healthcare marketing or sales experience.
• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for home health services to physicians, hospitals, and community groups.
• Identify and build relationships with referral sources such as healthcare professionals and social workers.
• Conduct regular visits to referral sources to present services and provide educational materials.
• Attend community events and health fairs to raise service awareness.
• Gather market data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical team to align marketing with patient care goals.
• Maintain CRM records of marketing activities, referrals, and leads.
• Provide feedback on strategies and assist in creating promotional materials.
• Work with Administrator to ensure smooth operations and patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
