An established industry player is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide in-home therapy for both adult and pediatric patients. This position travels to adult and pediatric patients homes and assists with hands on therapy to expedite healing and recovery.
This position has a great deal of flexibility and allows you to create your own schedule.
Prior pediatric experience and/or comfort working with pediatric patients preferred. Will train the right candidate.
Applicants should have multiple weekdays of regular daytime availability in their schedule to see at least 3-5 patients / complete 10-15 visits per week.
Patients will typically be located 30 minutes or 30 miles from the OT’s home.
Responsibilities include:
Pay rates:
Visit rates: $70-$125/visit (Note this is not per hour and is based on type of visit and dependent upon experience)
Hourly rate for meetings, case conference, training, orientation: $35-$45
For OT’s, we’re pleased to offer:
Registered Nurse/Case Manager (PRN)
Note: this is a part-time role and the hours would be Monday-Friday 9am-1pm.
This position will also be a part of our on-call rotation (one week every three weeks) which includes weekends.
This job will be performed remotely, but does require residency in Colorado in order to make an initial visit to the Boulder office. Additionally, high-speed internet & a dedicated home office space are required.
Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)
We are looking to add a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to our team to provide in-person care for patients.
Responsibilities include:
Multiple days a week of availability is preferred.

Pay rate: $60-$70/hour (dependent upon experience)
Hospice Volunteer:
There are a variety of areas where a volunteer can help support our hospice patients. These may include:
Having availability two days a week is ideal.
Must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
Note: this is a volunteer position so there is no pay or reimbursement for this role.
