Job Summary

The Home Health - PRN (1099) Physical Therapist will provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
