Job summary

Axxess Technology Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to enhance financial features and improve reporting processes in a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with 1-3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of US GAAP.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting and analytics position required.
• 1+ years of experience within the Home Health industry required.
• Ability to audit report output for accuracy and identify calculation errors.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering teams on financial feature enhancements and code rollout.
• Collaborate with Finance Leadership to streamline report processes.
• Review existing reports for process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in A/R clean-up efforts and accounting projects for clients.
• Create and track tickets for financial reporting using JIRA and Excel.

Skills

Knowledge of US GAAP

Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education
