Job summary

Cook Children's Health Care System seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant for home health in Fort Worth. You will assist the supervising therapist in pediatric homebound rehabilitation, document patient responses, and communicate progress.

Education requires an applied associate in occupational therapy, CPR certification, and a Texas OTA license. A Texas driver’s license is also required; one year pediatric experience is preferred.
