Are you a recent graduate who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships? We’re seeking a motivated Community Liaison to support outreach efforts for our growing East Side home health agency. This is a great opportunity to launch your career in healthcare marketing, business development, or community relations.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent our agency throughout the East Side, building relationships with physicians, senior living communities, hospitals, and other referral sources
• Help promote our home health services through in-person visits, events, and ongoing outreach
• Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about what we offer
• Support marketing and growth initiatives alongside leadership
• Be a friendly, professional face of our organization in the community

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable meeting new people
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-orientedInterest in healthcare or community-based work

(Prior experience in healthcare or sales is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
