Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Warsaw, NC seeks a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and patients with illnesses.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification in NC is required.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, nutrition).
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Check vitals, monitor intake/output, document changes.
• Collaborate with home health nurses and aides to follow care plans.
• Observe patient status and notify supervisor of changes in care or equipment.
