Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Arizona.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
- Compassionate nature, good communicator, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Care for seniors and ill patients in their homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, nutrition).
- Help with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
- Check vitals and document changes.
- Collaborate with home health nurses and aides to follow care plans.
- Observe patients and report issues needing changes in care or equipment.
