Puget Sound Home Health in Tumwater, WA is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager to lead our Tumwater office. You will ensure compliance with home health regulations, oversee referrals, patient charts, and clinical progression while mentoring staff and supporting QAPI initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of healthcare management and 1+ year in home health with OASIS training, a BSN preferred, and current BLS and WA license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience.
• At least 1 year of home health/hospice experience with OASIS training.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification and WA state license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with home health/hospice laws and regulations.
• Review referrals and manage assignments.
• Oversee patient charts and clinical courses.
• Assist with staff training, hiring, and mentoring.
• Participate in QAPI, OASIS review, and coding workflow.
• Some direct patient care and on-call duties required.
