Job summary

Puget Sound Hospice and Home Health is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager for our Tumwater office in Washington. This role requires experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency with OASIS training and will oversee clinical operations across multiple counties.

Core responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, chart oversight, staff training, and QAPI participation. Hybrid schedules are available, with opportunities for advancement within the Pennant Group network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience.
• At least 1 year of home health/hospice experience with OASIS training.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Washington state license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with home health/hospice laws and regulations.
• Review referrals and manage assignments.
• Oversee patient charts and clinical courses.
• Assist with staff training, hiring, and mentoring.
• Participate in QAPI, OASIS review, and coding workflow.
• Some direct patient care and on-call duties required.
