Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Nurse Manager to oversee an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality home health services. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, PTs, and other staff, guiding care assignment and ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an RN with BSN (preferred), MA license, AHA CPR, and 1–2 years of team leadership in home health. Expect a supportive team and strong clinical resources.

Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred.
• Current MA nursing license.
• AHA CPR certification.
• 1-2 years’ experience managing a team of clinicians in home health.

Responsabilités

• Oversee an interdisciplinary team and assignment of care.
• Ensure clinical integrity of practice and documentation flow.
• Coach and mentor field staff in accurate capture of clinical data in OASIS-C.
• Accountable for team productivity, quality outcomes, patient & family satisfaction.
