Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires two years of homecare experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Criminal history background check required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic goals, resource allocation, and yearly budget with Administrator/Executive Director.
• Plan and implement policy development and staffing assessments.
• Develop administrative policies and practices for the Agency.
• Evaluate program, services and staff performance.
• Lead service goals and ensure safe, effective client care.
• Establish job descriptions and qualification standards for service staff.
• Maintain communication channels and staff development programs.
• Oversee CQI and utilization review activities.
• Collaborate with senior management and other programs as needed.
• Assist in marketing the Agency and community relations.
