Dover Health is seeking an Executive Director of Home Health to provide strategic leadership over clinical and administrative operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the President and collaborates with the Director of Clinical Services to drive growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities include budgeting, performance management, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales and operations to expand service areas and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• RN or PT/OT license preferred with a proven track record.
• Experience in budget development and financial monitoring.
• Solid understanding of federal/state regulations and CHAP standards.
• Willingness to work weekends and be on call as required.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and strategic decisions for the agency.
• Manage a team including recruitment, training, workload management, and evaluations.
• Ensure activities align with departmental objectives set by leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive census growth and expand service areas.
• Continuously evaluate and improve services, structures, and processes through data analysis.
• Facilitate clear communication among staff, departments, and executives.
• Uphold ethical standards in business and clinical practice.
• Ensure compliance with laws and CHAP standards of care.
• Monitor KPIs related to patient care quality and organizational goals.
• Develop and track goals to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
