Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for patients in Martinsville, VA and surrounding areas.

Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time and PRN options, with pay ranging from $12.77 to $17 hourly depending on client type and duties. As a CNA/NA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and support the home health team to ensure quality care across the

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification and TB screening.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable and patient-focused.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in the home setting.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene and nutritional intake.
• Assist patients with ambulation, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Monitor and document vitals, intake/output and changes in patient condition.
• Support patients with chronic illness, injury or mobility challenges.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate with the care team.
• Observe patient concerns and report changes requiring additional care or intervention.

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants - CNA / Nursing Assistants - NA to provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes throughout Martinsville, VA and the surrounding areas. This position is ideal for caregivers seeking flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients’ daily lives.

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA / Nursing Assistant - NA, you will assist patients with daily living activities while working closely with a supportive home health team to ensure quality patient care. This role requires travel to patient homes throughout the service area.
