Pasco Southwest Home Health in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Part-time Home Health Caregiver to provide essential personal care to clients in their homes. This on-site role supports independence and dignity, with shifts Monday through Friday and weekend availability as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, completion of appropriate training, and at least six months of aide experience in home care. Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
