Sunshine Health Facilities is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) for a full-time day shift in the Spokane Valley area. The role involves initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing care plans, and delivering patient-centered nursing care in home environments.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license required.

Home Health Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Full-Time

Schedule: Day Shift | 30–40 Hours/W eek with o occasional weekend rotation and night phone triage
Pay Structure: Per-visit compensation with high income potential — our full-time RNs average over $95,000/year

Qualifications

• License: Active Washington State RN license (or Multistate Compact)
• Certifications: Current CPR certification (facility can provide)
• Other: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Preferred: Prior home health experience
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program (Note: Equivalent experience will not substitute for formal education)
