Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Bradenton, FL seeks a visionary Director of Clinical Services to oversee the home health agency, ensure top patient care, and maintain Medicare compliance. You will lead clinical and non-clinical staff and partner with the Agency Administrator to drive excellence.

The role requires an RN license, strong leadership, OASIS/Medicare knowledge, and at least two years of nursing experience with home health.

Qualificações

• RN license required and maintained per state rules.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum two years nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Minimum one year experience in home health.
• Proven knowledge of federal, state and local home health laws and CMS guidelines.
• Valid driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical operations and supervise field staff.
• Report to the Agency Administrator and collaborate with leadership.
• Review plans of care daily and ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/OASIS guidelines and regulatory requirements.
