ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Operations Manager, you will support multi-site branch operations, including quality assurance, positive client outcomes, industry compliance, client and community relations, licensing/survey support, and other organizational initiatives, such as:

  • Travel frequently to serve as Interim Designee for regional office vacancies.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and support for new hire operations staff.
  • Serve as liaison between Client Authorization Expirations and Case Managers to ensure valid authorizations for service hours.
  • Maintain operational continuity and stability during change.
  • Address operational questions and ideas through centralized communication channels.
  • Participate in weekly office meetings.
  • Deliver ongoing professional development to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Train staff on new policies and processes, overseeing implementation and standardization.
  • Update SOPs and training guides as processes evolve.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Review operational processes for compliance and efficiency, recommending improvements.
  • Prepare regional offices for licensing surveys through internal evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and licensing regulations.
  • Support and guide licensing surveys on-site.
  • Conduct quality assurance evaluations to enhance service quality and compliance.
  • Analyze operational data to identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in healthcare operations.
