Job summary

Right at Home is seeking certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) in Nassau or Suffolk County. The role offers flexible scheduling to fit your summer and includes weekly pay and referral bonuses up to $800.

You will assist clients with personal care, provide companionship, help with mobility and medication reminders, and perform light housekeeping and meal prep. A background check and drug screening are required.

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) Duties

• Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Help with mobility and medication reminders

• Light housekeeping and meal prep

• Run errands as needed

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans

• Document care and report changes

• Communicate with clients, families, and office staff

• Maintain professional and compassionate conduct

Requirements

• Active HHA or PCA certification

• Must reside in Nassau or Suffolk County or have reliable transportation

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Good English communication skills

• Able to pass background check & drug screening

• Driver’s license a plus (not required)
