A leading healthcare company is seeking a Behavioral Health Advocate to coordinate care for members with mental health concerns and substance use disorders. This role involves visiting members in various settings and providing quality care through communication and support. Candidates must have a relevant license and experience in behavioral health. The primary role of the Behavioral Health Advocate is to coordinate care for members with mental health concerns and substance use disorders. This position is based out of a home office, with approximately 25% of the week spent in the community meeting members in their homes, community centers, hospitals, or providers' offices.
Candidates must reside in Southwest Virginia. Preferred locations include Bristol, Wise, Marion, Abingdon, Wytheville, and surrounding areas. Candidates near Roanoke, Salem, and Bedford may be considered if business needs allow.
The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, including a weekend and holiday rotation.
